The Gold Key is in one of the central rooms.
You may try to shoot some of the SS behind the columns to make things at least slightly more easy later.

Prepare for some heavy fighting in the south-eastern area, look for the pushwalls.

Once past the SS, go get the Silver Key, and once again move to the elevator.
